Gas leaking out gas cap when doing 12 0 clock wheelies
#1
whenever i do 12 o clock wheelies and i have a decent amount of gas in my tank it leaks out slowly and was wondering if aftermarket gas caps solve this or if there is a gasket i can get or something so this would stop lol, im using a stock cap

Just stop doing 12 o'clock wheelies.Just joking I even like to take the big bear to lunchtime every now and then. Motosport.com sells aluminum gas caps in different colors.I ride with a guy with a Banshee that has one and his doesn't leak

where the cap seals to the tank it like slowly seaps out and onto my seat...or nuts some times eventually...lol, so maybe an aftermarket gas cap has a tighterfit.

Even the stock gas cap won't leak unless there's something wrong with it. I've transported mine standing on the grab bar with a full tank of fuel and it didn't leak a drop. Get a new cap, stock or aftermarket, and it'll take care of your problem. Unless of course there's something wrong with the lip of the gas tank where it seals against the cap. Make sure that's not broken or warped first.

Yeah. I had a tusk gas cap on my warrior, the cheapest aftermarket cap out there, and it sealed up perfect for the 2 years I had it, and now my buddy has the warrior and it's still holding good.

i bought a tusk cap for my raptor. The pressure built up so much that it leaked out of the breather. i ended up having to drill out the top of the cap and use the stock breather hose. Now it works great.
