My new 150cc Gio won't start...
#1
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.... I just bought a 150cc Gio Quad. It worked well for the first day, just around my yard. I took it out lastnight, the first ride about 10 minutes was great, then I added some new gas, again it was good, but about 8 minutes later and a mile away from the truck, it started bogging out and stalled. It took me a bit to get it going again and i barley limped home, it kept wanting to stall, now i can't get it started??? Was it bad gas? Any help would be greatly appreciated...... TY

When you first got your quad did you clean your gas tank befor fueling it for the first time?I sounds like you may have something blocking your jet in the carb. Also does it have an inline fuel filter?By the way hello and welcome!

Ty for replying..... no it ran good with the gas it had in it, it wasn't untill i added gas that it crapped out on me. I am under the impression that it doesn't have a fuel filter..... I have a friend who is a mechanic who is going to stop by...... Hopefully soon.... It is my day off work and i wanna ride........

I will try that also, thank you. My mechanic buddy is on his way down right now, so hopefully he will be able to fix me up And of course it just started pouring rain.......
