Default installed clutch kit, they won't dessengage (03 warrior)

i baught new ebc dirt racer clutches for my 2003 yamaha warrior, i installed them today, now, i torqued the nut to 58 pounds like they said, put in the new springs and torqued those to 7.2, now put everything back together, everything seemed to roll fine, before firing it up or putting oil back in it or anything, i tried to see if they engaged and disengaged properly, nothing!, i tried adusting the cable, it stays in gear and wont declutch, what the heck did i do wrong? I tried losening up the nuts with the spring but it didn't seem to do much, what do i do? Should i put the old springs back on? any ideas?
