Default Porting and polishing Head on warrior 350

is there anywhere good you can send your head to and get is ported and polished real good? and how much you think it would be on a warrior since its only a single cam 2 valve engine, thanks

Default Porting and polishing Head on warrior 350

It's anywhere from $250-400. Trinity, Curtis Sparks, CT, etc. does port work. We have a local guy here at the machine shop that did mine for $250.

yea i think duncan does it too, i guess ima look into it, i wish i could just get my dad to do it, hes a diesel mechanic highly experienced in motors and everthing hot rods but idno if he could do it on a small head like that, with no flow bench or anything im guessing its risky, btw ur name wouldnt happen to be dave would it? lol jw thanks

Yeah I wouldn't get just anybody to do it if they don't have experience, they could make it worse. One main problem with the flow on the intake of the Warrior head is where the "V" is, it's not a very sharp point, so the person porting it needs to grind that V to a point and that will help alot.
