I have a 2006 YFZ 450 and when im going slow in first gear and hit the throttle it cuts out for a second and the catches back up. any comments are welcomed

 

They all have that bog. What are your jet settings?

 

I am not sure what my jet settings are right now. i havent messed with any of the factory settings. i was told that i should check the pilot jet setting and maybe adjust that.

 

My 06 bogged out also. Step up your pilot jet toi a #45, get the gytr adjustable needle because the stock one you cant adjust. Put it on the 4th clip. Also get a new a/f mix screw. The stock on is a pain to get to. Also try yfzcentral.com lots of jetting advice on that site.
