Default Is the new 550 a single or a twim?

I looked at the polaris website and it reads:

"Most Powerful 500-class engine in Sportsman history. 550 CC Single, rubber mounted..."

I got this email from Polaris today that reads:

"an all-new 550 SOHC Twin EFI engine is also available"

Does anyone have first hand knowledge of whether or not the new 550 is a single or twin cylinder?

Every written source I've found says its a single cylinder, even from Polaris. But when you click on the picture of the engine on Polaris' site, it shows a twin. Can-Am makes one, sure would be nice if Polaris did.

If it's the same thing I'm looking at, they changed the pic so it doesn't show the twin. When nobody made anything bigger than a 500 I wondered why it wasn't a twin. If it was a 2-smoke I bet it would be a twin or triple. That would kick @$$. According to my calculations a 550 2-stroke would be somewhere between the 700 and 800 in horsepower, closer to the 800 but much quicker, and that's if it was only a single.

I got that email too that says, "An all-new 550 SOHC Twin EFI engine is also available."
