Hey all. Yea so i ordered a winch from tweety's around 4 on wedensday with one day air shipping. I got a call thursday to call back so i did and they couldn't ship it out ups and wanted to know if fedex was ok i said yes. He said i would get it Friday. So friday comes around no package???? wtf?? Then i look on my order status and under special instructions. it says No Stock - Refunded 7/31/08 RT
I look on my bank webpage and it has charged the money on my account. I don't get it he said he had it and was gonna ship it? Im gonna call Monday. Just thought i would post it. Just makes me mad.. Don't play with my money!! grrr

I don't know the place your dealing with but maybe you should wait until they give an explanation before bashing them in an open forum. It may take a few days to get the money back into your account.
Not trying to be rude but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he'll make good. If not, report it, but give the guy a chance.

They shouldn't have told you they had it if they didn't.
Almost every business I deal with WON"T charge your credit card <u>until</u> they process your order and IT"S READY TO SHIP.

Back when I worked in retail, refunds on credit cards took a couple of days. No the fault of the business, it's the card company that takes so long.
Still, if it's been out of stock that long, you never should have been charged.

I would have to agree if the dude doesnt have it in stock he shouldnt be charging you for it. that is a good way to **** off your customers
