Hello Everyone I just wanted to mention at all Grizz owners...keep an eye on your oil cooler lines when going through heavy bush or anywhere sticks can kick up...My buddy and I went riding and that ride cost him a new top end for his Grizz....A wayward stick hit the oil cooler line and cracked the fitting where it screws into the cooler...By the time the red oil light came on it was to late for his piston and sleeve...Well it's all fixed after a rebore and a oversize piston...Yamaha does offer a kit for relocating the oil cooler alittle higher for more protection...There is a bright side to the whole mess the cylinder is a cast sleeve so it's easy to rebore, not a chrome sleeve like most of the others...Hope this will save someone from a long walk one day...
