z250 or blaster

Hi in 2005 i got a z250,mistake .now i want a blaster seeing i can get aa new one for cheap, we ride really fast trails and very technical and get chased by the cops every now and then .Is the blaster worth it take into account trails, petrol, reliability, low down power and more i know its faster and way more fun to ride.

first off the blaster is no longer in production, so getting one new is unlikley. i owned a blaster i got brand new off the floor, and after a thousand bucks in upgrades it would leave a stock warrior in the dust. if your lookin for a all around race quad then a blaster is a good choice, however it doesnt have reverse or electric start. i would look into mabye a bigger quad, like the 350 class.
i used to get chased by cops all the time on my blaster and never got caught. the only thing that almost killed me was gettin stuck in corners without the ability to back up...
polaris may be my ride, but yamaha still runs through my veins...

you sound defentally look at buying a blater theyll rip throught the trails and are very light and manuaverable and souldint have a problem out running the cops lol i would still have my blaster if my friend didint run into me at 60 mph on his dirtbike , but i would even consider buying another one for my next quad

the blaster is just a toy if you ask me. they arent that fast at all without pretty serious mods, and the brakes dont last long enough to get the dam thing off the trailer. the suspension is subpar too. not having reverse will have you kicking yourself in the berries later. however, they are nice and small and light.
if you have the choice now i say go for an lt230. they have insane low end for technical spots, are extremely reliable, and aftermarket parts are readily available.
mine (with some mods) has outrun every blaster (full-race) that ever tried to race me, many 300ex's and a few warriors.
plus, they are fairly cheap and just as, if not more popular than the blaster, so finding one shouldnt be too hard.
they too are fairly small and extremely nimble on the trail, plus the zuki has hydraulic brakes all round and good suspension (decent on the track, incredible on the trail)
just my 2 cents
