Default Scrambler Front brakes locking up before the rears

I have a 2003 Polaris Scrambler 500 4x4 and when I apply the brakes hard the front brakes will lock up before the back one. It seems the rear pad, just are not biting as hard as they should. Now I bled the crap out the front and the back. The pressure builds in the master cylinder like brakes should feel, but the front just lock up when I jam on the brakes and the rear ones just somewhat coast to a stop. I took the rear caliber to a polaris dealer and they replaced all of the seals and $70.00 later, same result. I got it back bled the crap out of everything, but something is still a miss.

I can jack up the rear and pull the hand brake and its stopping the rear axle, but I need to figure out how to get the front and back brakes more equal.

It should be noted the polaris dealer thought the rear pads were acceptable and the foot brake (which I know are junk) also bleeds up pressure fine but just don't grab like it used to. Anyone experience brake pads or rotors being hazed? Unless I get some good advice I may try new rear pads.

Thanks in advance.

YEAH MAYBE YOUR REAR PADS ARE GLAZED.LET ME TELL YOU THE REAR BRAKE SYSTEM IS FOR S#IT ANY WAY.EVERY THING HAS TO BE PERFECT FOR IT TO WORK.IF YOU HAVE ALOT OF PAD YOU CAN ROUGHEN IT.IF YOU GET A NEW SET MAKE SURE ITS SINTERED.

HEY KUKERDAN,DID YOU HAVE ANY LUCK WITH KEVLAR PADS? 100 MILES LATER I'M WONDERING WHY I COULD NOT STOP WELL ANY MORE. LOOKED AT THE BRAKES THERE IS BARELY ANYTHING LEFT ON THEM.I PUT THE SINTERED ONES BACK ON, THAT WERE ON WHEN I GOT IT.THEY ARE FINE NOW.THERE IS TWICE THE AMOUNT ON THEM THAN THE 100 MILE KEV'S.........
