Can someone tell me how to make my 98 454 be able to start in gear? 4000 miles still going strong Central Utah.

 

there was a post about this samething except for the AC 300. I think it was titled "start my ac300 in any gear" or something like that. I would suggest reading that post. I think someone mentioned that AC sales a kit that will allow you to do this. I am not sure if the kit will fit your machine. They also talked about wiring it themselves so it would work.

 

If the wires are the same color on the 98 model as they are on the 99 model I can tell you.
