Gear case oil in lt250r

Default Gear case oil in lt250r

ONce my bike gets back from the shop imma change out the gear oil...whats the best oil to use. Ill be riding in somewhat dusty conditions...

Idda put 10-40 motor oil in it. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img].

Default Gear case oil in lt250r

That is all you really need, as long as it is wet clutch compatible. The LT has a good, smooth tranny. Personally, I always ran the 80 wt gear oil like Bel-Ray Gearsaver specifically for that application with good results though.
