Well men i have got me one sweet 350x motor its straight from honda of the bike before they chopped it up. I just got three of them and have decided to put one on a 250r. I am currently looking for a 250r rolling chassis so if anyone knows of one forsale let me know. But anyway what do you think of this motor swap? Does the 350x really get out and run? Is the swap compilcated? Is it noise heavy after the swap? Let me know what you think. 200xer

I have a 350x engine on a 300ex frame. It runs great. There is very little mods needed to the engine, none to the frame. The only thing I had to make was to extend the head pipe.

What do you think the top speed of a 350x is. So do you like the 300ex suspension? I have never rode one in the woods anyway?

I love it. My buddy has a hopped up 99 300ex and I can run with him in the woods or on the straight stretch. I run generic Hole Shots on
the rear. I can go just about anywhere I want.

A 350x engine swap into a 250x or 300ex chassis isn't complicated. I have a 1991 250x with a 350x motor in it, but I am currently building a 350rx.

The 350x into a 250r chassis is more complex. The lower frame rails will have to be lowered or spread so the rear suspension will not bind. Although the front of the swingarm could be moved up and serve the same purpose.
