OK guys need some advise.

Have TB 250. Hotseat Pipe, Stock Carb with 150main jet, 40 pilot jet, moved needle clip to richest setting and seems like I am still running lean. Still getting flat spots or no response sometimes in mid range throttle. Should I go to larger needle jet and new needle?????

Do you have the matching HSP clutch kit for that pipe?If not you are waisting your time on messing with the carb and stand a good chance of messing up your motor.

Dont even know. Just bought it about 3 weeks ago. Ran decent but not great for about 1 days riding then the floats stuck and flooded out the system. Pulled carb and cleaned it, checked float adjustment. Took me about a week and a half just to find out where the exhaust came from. finally found the look alike on HSP site.
