Choose the best allaround Big Bore you would buy!

 

Whats the deal with the new honda 700? I heard they were not all that great?

 

The only real complaint that I'v heard or read is that they have real lack of low end power/gearing. That and the fact they don't make a good dune quad nither!

 

So far I know the Raptor is a sweet all around machine, there is definitely no argument about that. But I would love to take a new Outlaw 525S for a spin. It looks comfortable and has lots of power with that KTM motor.

Just a way for a new guy to see what is a poular model in any certain catagory or as I say JFYI. Besideds I find the quite interesting!

 

What is with all the new IRS stuff. Honestly the big bore market has been little more than a disappointment for a long time, like after the DS650 and Raptor came out no one cared anymore. There was and article in dirt wheels that was like a teaser for the honda, long travel, light weight, straight axle and basic, the way sport quads should be, but nope just like the kawi pig. When the Kawi came out I was hoping to hear about a sweet 5 or 6 speed with reverse. Instead I find a prarie without racks or a front drivetrain.
