When i go in reverse over 10 mph without holding the "cursed" button the limiter will kick in and the quad will miss fire / sputter.... normal procedure... hold the button it wont do it...

however: when going FORWARD about 5 mph, and go to rev a little faster it will studder... like the limiter is kicking in... same a when i was barely rolling, gassed it to get out of the way of something, and it did it again...

what would cause this on a one year old quad?

quad info is in sig \/

The electronic throttle thing. It is a safety feature for if the throttle cable gets stuck. If it does, the etc will kill the motor. I would check that for adjustment. As the cable breaks in and stretches, this will need to be adjusted. I know there are other threads around here that have the steps on how to check and adjust.
