Default 02 scrambler 90 question

hello, I have a 02 scrambler 90 that is very hard to start and does not idle well, I suspect the piston and rings are worn because the air box leaked badly at one time and sucked in water and I only have 58 psi compression warm, does anyone know what I am suposed to have for a compression reading for this machine? The machine is stock.

thanks
