well guy's i have checked every thing, and everything check's out it comes down to my fuel pump went out !!! I need another fuel pump were can i get one without having to get the whole tank and pump. From what i here i can't get them seperate is this true ?

 

some have said that there is a napa replacement. i do not know the part number tho. do a search on the forums and it should pull something in the way of a part number

On my 700 I pulled the fuel pump apart, it is very easy to do. Inside there is some thin plastic pieces inside that get stuck, just carefully pull them apart without damaging them then put it back together and it should work.
Is yours an efi or carb?
