if i have it in the on pos and i have the screw on the bowl of the carb open it will drip out the overflow but if i put it on reserve it pours out.....what could the problem be...it was running funny last time i drove it and it was on the whole time

 

Your "on" inlet is clogged, but the "res" inlet is not.
