HMF slip-on is the way to go on the Warrior. Full pipe is a waste of money on the Warrior only. gopartsdirect.com is where I think I found the cheapest HMF slip-on's - $220 at that time. O-ring chain is the way to go, I usually run D.I.D. just because that's what my local dealers sell. To get more top speed you would need a larger front sprocket or a smaller rear sprocket, but I would recommend keeping the stock gearing for a stock engine. After a few mods, I always kept the stock rear sprocket and went up 1 tooth in the front on mine and it worked great.

If your sprockets are worn out, yeah. If your sprockets are worn out and you put on a new chain it could wear your chain out prematurely. Same with your rollers and guide, if they are worn out replace them, if not it will be OK to keep them.
