I have a 2001 trx 450es honda and am having trouble with the sparking up of it, i though it was the coil but checked and ok, then though it was the kill switch and it was ok, then icm and put in a new one and it started but when it gets hot it wont start again, right now it driving me mad. any ideas....

 

I've got a 300 doing the same thing. I'd like to know what to check. I'm not too motor savvy.

 

I think it may be the coil inside the rear crankcase cover!!!! anyone any ideas.

 

The only ignition tests I have for the TRX450 is using the Honda peak voltage adapter ...
