400ex the left wheel making wierd noise

My left wheels is making the same sound of a bearing rolling but way much louder and it only do it when i press the gaz and it gets louder as i get faster ... Anyone has a idea what it could be ?

is it a on and off noise such as a bent rim and your brake dragging in a place. or it might be your wheel bearing needing replaced.
