Default Sometimes I wonder about Yamaha R&D

Today I went to my local Yamaha dealer to pick up some parts..And sitting out next to the door is a shiny new YZ250F (bike) with a damn snowmobile track as a rear wheel on it..Now that seems like a good way to commit suicide to me lol

Tracks for motorcycles have been available for at least 30 years. I can remember reading about them in Cycle World as a pimply faced kid. Remember this was BEFORE quads. The tracks allowed you to ride your off-road bike in the winter, without buying a snowmobile.

I'm amazed they still make them..
