I think you do not have assembled correct
There are seals that go in there other than the head gasket
This is to oil the Cam and timing chain
My bet they are not in anymore
I would not run to long
As engine only holds 3/4 qt oil but then it will stop leaking

ok so i took it apart 3 times now and did everything by the atc 110 book and it still poors out oil. i checked the rubber gasket where the timing chain is and it looks good. so how many gaskets are there where you connect the cylinder head to the cylinder. there is the copper head gasket, the rubber one for the timing chain, is that it? am i missing one? please leave feedback. i dont know what else to do.

The gasket you show is in the Cam chain area
The oil to supply the cam and chain is pushed up one of the studs that hold the cyl head on
also this origionaly had a Cap nut on so not to allow oil to leak past threads
My bet is that is where oil is leaking
There is what looks like an alignment sleve but there should be an O-Ring on outside
Thanks

Those also keep head from moving around and causing other issues
Like blowing out head gasket
Glad that was a simple fix
