I am trying to rebuild the engine on a 03 Kodiak and I was told that I cant get the tools I need to do the job. # dealers told me that the dealer is the only one that has the tools.

What can I do ?
Is there anywhere I can get the tools I need?

Get a Clymer's manual. They tell you pretty much how to home-make your own tools for anything that "requires" special tools--and anything else you may need can be got from loan-a-tool programs at Auto parts stores. You can always home-engineer tools for these motors--they aren't that specialized.
