I have a 2003 Kodiak 450 that will not run with out the choke on. replaced the plug appeared to be gas fouled. checked the screens on the pet ****, cleaned and reset carb. Still will not run with out the choke on at RPM's higher then idle the reverse lights flashes continusly. Can Any one help with this problem

 

check your main jet agean, make sure all the gets are clean, if theres any trash in the jet ther wont be enough fuel flow.

 

I've checked all the jets.

 

Check all air intake housing for cracks. Clean and reseal all rubber gaskets. Check intake manifold bolts for correct torque. You are getting air past the filter from somewhere.
