can't get recoil assebly off

Default can't get recoil assebly off
hi, new to this site just wondering if i can get some feedback on why i can't get my recoil assembly off of my 93 350L. i removed all of the bolts and it won't budge.

Default can't get recoil assebly off
May have to tap it with a mallet and remove the drain plug if it has one, mine was hard to get off last week although with a little banging it popped off.

I had to remove mine a few weeks back as well to get at the starter bolts...a few blows with a mallet and it popped loose.
