go to the general discusion forums at Highlifter.com there a guy there that says he has specs on a new quad that has a turbo diesel,IRS, he says these are from the dealer.

i think hes making this up but not sure?? is this true or is it BS??

I would think hes pulling your leg, Diesel was made by polaris and I believe they discontinued it now, but thats do-able, Turbos are do-able but at the cost of about $5000+, So turbo diesel could happen, but Its about as likely as a turbo diesel lawnmower. and I think its right up there with the supercharged nitrous weedeater.
