stocks are 24x8x12, as long as you didnt go any wider of a tire i would think you will be fine. unless you changed the rims? many aftermarket rims have a diffirent tire offets to them that might create an issue.

does the winch stick out the frame? my 27" dont scrub the frame on my smaller 300,but I had to remve the inner fenders......i could see how close they come to the frame...might help give you a idea (there on stock rims)

the offset on aftermarket rims is better than the honda stock rims, the itp's will move the tire out. makeing the tires spaced farther apart. i think you will be ok.

but if your in doubt take a few minites and mack it up, place the winch on the frame and make sure there wont be any rubbing when you turn the tires.
