I was hoping one of you guys would have a ignition coil i could buy from you. I need it for a 2007 polaris sportsman 700. I burnt up one of the coils aparently, i am only running on 1 cylinder! i shorted out the wire going to the coil. thanks for any help!..........Dan

If no one has one, maybe i could get a website were i can get one cheap? I found one on ebay for an 800 but it looks like that same exact part, but it is also used! thanks again guys!

 

if you could send me a pic of it i think i got the right one but wont be sure till i see it and it could just be the wire they have resistors in them so i would try that first

 

the wires themselves have resistors in them? that is cool or weired! also...... i smelt that "hot electrical" smell.....could that still be the wires? the smell is what makes me think it is the coil.

if it runs on one cylinder try taking the wire off the side you know works and put it on the side that dont fire and that should tell you if its the wire or not

 

or to buy new oem the coil is 104.89 and the wire is 17.68 or close to it from cheapcycleparts.com

i checked the coil and that is definitely what it was. As soon as i pulled it out, i smelt that wonderful electrical smell of a burnt coil!.........oh well......now i know for the next time!
