my lil sister just got her first quad last week, with my help of course. shes 16 and a very talented rider. she bought a 95 yamaha timberwolf 250. when i seen it i thought it would be slow and sluggish. but it had been rebuilt, and bored with other motor mods. it has a cobra exhaust with a complete filter box kit. and ill tell you now, that little thing is a ripper. its very light and has more power then i would have thought. on the straight away it outran a piped 300ex. they ran pretty equal until 4th gear then the timberwolf started to pull away. she only gave $1400 for it. was it a good bargain or a waste of money? its gray with green decals and has no physical damage to it. i think it was worth it, but im not very edcuated on the utility atvs as much as racers...

 

if it had a good rebuild and motor mods (from what you say it dose!) it was worth the money, mabe a couple hundren less IMO. thats a fast timberwolf! lol
