Guy's I need help! One of my 2001 sportsmans seems to have reversed the polarity. I hooked up a temporary battery as the original finnaly gave up, when I doid this I hooked it up wrong, the first thing I noticed was the winch cable direction was wrong. I mfigured it out when I went to start and the jumper wires I was using were not heavy enough and stated to heat up. I then installed a new battery, installed my Polarois snow blower and proceeded to clear my drive way of snow, after about half an hour the lights Quit, winch quit. I shut off the bike found the electric start did not work as well. I put a test light from ground to the + terminal and nothing I put it to the - terminal and the light came on? I change batteries from my other 01 sportsman no luck, i changed selonoids as well no luck Help???
