I might pick up an Aaen exhaust for my 500 sportsman I know this guy who has the tip for $70 and I can get a new pipe for $100 thought it might be a good idea.Is there any one out there that runs this exhaust.

 

I run it on my 800, and I like it. It sounds better, I'm getting better gas mileage and I think over-all it runs better. So I would say, ****** that up. It was pretty easy to put on too, bolted right up. Looks good too.

 

COOL you sold me the stock one is rusted really bad and is cheaper to go aftermarket then to buy stock.

 

For that price, you can't beat it. I paid almost double that for mine from AAEN, I think it's worth every penny. You can't pass that one up...let us know if and when you get it.

 

I was talking to a fella at a speed shop where they dyno the bike after the mods, the 500 ho carb models, ran just as good stock as it did with a pipe....i added one to mine, its feels better but i have not ran it againts another 500 ho, i would like to dyno it in the new year.

 

I just ordered a set of Bear Claws and after I get them on and I get that AAENS pipe on it I'll take some pictures of it.Oh and I just plowed my first drive way with my sportsman worked good thanks to all that help me get my wheeler working.There is a little bit of a trick to plowing I'll get better with practice I'm not saying I want it to snow but it was a bit of fun .
