08 800 non xt vs 09 800R outlanders.

1/8 mile run on pavement

both riders 155lbs

the 08 jumped out of the hole 3 bikes due to the R pulling the tires, the R pulled back and added another 4 bikes to its lead

2nd race, R and 800 came out togather and the R pulled off an 8 bike win.

3rd race was a repeat of race #2.

i was not even expecting this, both bikes came right out of the show room we raced right infront of the dealership. i was figuring 2 maybe 3 bikes difference. boy was i wrong.

 

How far was they racing??

 

TUESDAY i stopped in a cam-am dealer and was told the v-twins got 7 to 8 more horses added for 09. the grind in the cam is were the gain was added.

 

we raced from the big tree on the sideroad to the driveway jeff. right at 1/8 mile
