Default Cant get full throttle.

Ok I have a 98 warrior and I couldn't get it to start. So I torn the carb down cleaned it throughly and but it back together. Hit start and she fired right up. I after letting her warm up I took her for a spin only to realize I couldnt get full throttle. When I push the throttle wide open she cuts out and starts to die. If I release it or back off slightly she picks back up again.

my needle jet is set right one line above the rich line. I belive thats postion number 4. I cant tell if its getting to much air or not enough fuel. My rich screw is turned out 2 and 1/2 turns per the manual. I know all my jets are clean I cleaned and tested them before I put them back on. Anyone have any suggestions?

also Anyone know where I can get a new jet kit. I have a mikuni carb but i cant figure out witch jet kit matches mine.

Things to check - stopped up main jet (I know you said it was clean, but could still be a problem), old fuel, main jet too rich/not enuff air (install factory jet if no performance mods and check for dirty air filter), main jet too lean/too much air (check air filter and airbox cover, if running aftermarket air filter or no/modified airbox lid you need to go up on your main jet size), make sure gas is not running out of the overflow tube - if so check the float height. Also the Warrior has an accelerator pump in the carb that I'm not familiar with, but could possibly be a problem.
