Any referrals to any alternated sources to understand how to do a Warn winch mount installation would save me!! The mount part is the Warn 34901 for their XT25 winch, for my 05 ATP 330.

Their install instructions are not clear, at least to me. Their parts and pics don't match, nor do their parts, numbers, names etc.

Also, I saw another Polaris recently that had a hole cut out of the front upper bumper/grill for a winch, is this common practice? I looks like it helps to keep the winch higher up! thanks for any comments, advise, referrals !!!!

 

My 05 had a pop out cover that covers the winch mounting holes.

 

Tell Warn to give you the right instructions and it will be a lot easier.
