Default Custom Exhaust

This is my first post so I will start off by saying hello to everyone.

I might be doing a 2stroke dirtbike motor to atv chassis swap here in the near future. So my question is this...Do any of you know of any places that make custom 2stroke pipes?

i think paul krause , side winder sprockets, used to run ads in the old magazines. for custom pipes , i have done several 2 stroke conversions, usually try to make the dirtbike pipe work, i do cr 500 conversions , i thought about getting a pipe for a big bore 250r , what are you working on,

KTM 300exc to blaster swap. From the way its looking the pipe/radiator is going to be the hardest part.I already have a reinforced blaster chassis.Which used to hold a 240 kit motor.Got rid of the motor due to needing cash and now need to put something back into it.That KTM motor is calling my name.

there is a trick i use for vibration , when you mount the motor , i weld a u shaped piece of 1" tubing into both mounts upper and lower front, it doesn't have to be completely hollow just the last 3" weld a nut on the end , and fill the tubes about 3/4 full of bee bee's . the bee bee's will take out any resonance vibration. i'm trying to get set up to upload pict's this week , if your unsure. as far as the radiator goes you might try a suzuki quad racer style mount's on top of the front upper frame [ where the shocks mount to ]. as far as exhaust goes i would look at the factory weld's if it was cut at the factory seam's could it be rotated and made to work, if so take it to a good exhaust shop and tell them what you want if they arn't to swamped they should be able to help. or plain welding shop, fabracator. but it's going to cost.
