I need a gas cap for my DS650, refuse to pay $50 for an aluminum one, Tusk makes them for $29 but they do not list the DS as one they make it for.
If any other make or model has the same thread, I'm good to go, but I have not idea.
Anybody else happen to know if like a polaris cap or something fits the DS650 gas tank?

 

I ran a stock vented Predator cap I got from Cynick until I got my IMS tank and it fit perfectly.

 

Ditto on the Predator gas cap, I got one and it's about half the price of the ones for the DS.

 

I have one off my polaris 250 trailblazer...

 

The ones off the Polaris Trailblazers work too, and they have the fuel gauge in the cap! The readings are fairly accurate with the DS OEM tank.

Other gas caps will work, I lost the gas cap for my Polaris SP500 and I,m using the gas cap off of a 87 SKI-Doo 250 Tuntra that was sitting in a scap yard, it works perfect.

can't find it must have got rid of it

 

I lost mine and bought one from the dealer that fit an outlander - don't remember how much it was but it worked and I am still using it.
