well i got my spark issue clear up, but now it still wont start. iv checked the cam timing 3 times and its still spot on so......

i rebuilt the carb and forgot to look at the throttle valve to see how far its open for idle, i took the carb all apart and even removed the idle adj screw on the side of the carb to replace the long bolt cause the origanal one was bent, but i failed to make a note of how far the plate should be open.

im also thinking it might be a pilot jet/air way issue cause after i kick it for like an hour and pulled the plug it was pretty dry with hardly any fuel. im pulling the carb apart tomarrow and blowing out all the passage ways to make sure they are super clean.
any advise or tips would be awesome, i hope my post makes sense im super tired.

ps the carb is getting fuel.
