Trail blazer tranny locked up?

Trail blazer tranny locked up?
I am looking to buy a 1999 Polaris Trail Blazer for my wife to start riding. The current owner says he don't know what happened but the rear end will not turn like the tranny is locked up. Have any of you had this happen. Also it is in good shape and the motor sounds good how much do you think its worth. Going monday to possibly pick it up. Thanks

Trail blazer tranny locked up?
Dont give much for it.Good running 98-2001 are going less than $1500 and depending on what is actually wrong with it you could spend $300 or more fixing.But there is a chance that it could have shreaded a belt and hung up the rear clutch $50 fix.Good luck let us know what you find
