ok my uncle piked up a old 86 trx70 and it dintend run ...so this christmas he bought a crf50 for his son...today he forgot to put the pin in the trailer and the crf 50 got messed up..[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

so i used the altenator/stator ,wiring harness, and fly wheel from the crf50 and put them on the trx70 and success ...a running quad
.
now the problems ..the fly wheels are different so the pull starter wont work..
.the gears shift in circles (N 1 2 3 N 1 2 3 or N 3 2 1 N 3 2 1) lol

im wondering if its possible to change the right side covers to use the kick start from the crf 50 on the trx 70 ?

 

yay...today I managed to drill and tap the crf50 flywheel so i could mount the pull starter and it works.....and the weird shifting thing seems to have healed itself for now.....?? im still confused about that
