Default 91 Blaster Lower Chain Roller Installation

I just bought this ATV and it needed a new lower chain roller. I bought a Moose sealed roller kit with the hardware. The frame currently has a "stud" or "frame boss" that I just slipped the polyurethane roller on to and secured it with a bolt I had (by screwing the bolt into the "stud" from the inside of the frame). However, I got the other roller with the hardware because the existing "stud" or "frame boss" was pretty chewed up from the chain going over it without the roller. I originally tried to "tap out" the "stud" with a hammer but when it didn't give I left it alone because I didn't want to break it. It has what looks like an allen wrench hole on the "stud" that faces the outside of the frame, but I looked at it closely and the hole looks cicular so I don't think an allen wrench would fit it. I'd like to install the aftermarket hardware because i'm not sure how long the current "stud" will last in its current condition. Any ideas?

THANKS!

Default 91 Blaster Lower Chain Roller Installation

My brother ran into the same problem between motos, if I'm not mistaking we ground off the original and drilled a hole for moose roller with a new bolt.
