ok i am looking for a performance exhaust for a 1997 polaris magnum 425 4x4 that is loud and offers a little bit of power. i cant find one for it but i am wondering if i can get a similar pipe that will fit it... tell me if you know of one that will work

i found i supertrapp IDSX but is says it fits a sportsman 400/450/500 will it be to big for my 425 or will it fit??

ok i went on you tube and listen to the super trapp idxs and it makes the bike qieter,, i want somthing like a Banassi that is very loud any places or types that will fit mine

 

what about this exhaust it says it fits only 2001 to 2002 425's will it work

Not sure if the newer style will work on the old ones.The Supertapp is adjustable for sound and power

 

it doesn't make it quieter, took mine off, to loud, didn't find any gains in performance with it neway

you could also try a universal pipe. my buddy has one on his 1995 magnum and it loweres your top speed but has an aggresive sound and improves bottom end. the muffler likes to choke out the low end performance and he rigged up the universal pipe to fit. its not perfect but it works.
