Default New purchase return

Does anyone know the legal rights to protect a buyer on a new purchase? If I purchase a new Rincon get it home and find it has issues, is there a time frame where I can take it back?

depending on what all is wrong and if you bought it new or used you might havesome legal rights according to the state you live in. Did you give the dealer a chance to fix the issues at hand?

depending on the issues, you may have the "lemon law" in your state. It usually goes into affect after 3 times of work on the same item/problem. So foe example,if your engine has had problems 3 different times you are entitled a new bike or money back. Also it depends like dodge said, if its new or used and if there is something in writing.

NO...unless you signed a document that allows you to bring it back for a refund. Usually...if there are issues, then you must allow the dealer to fix the problems in good faith. If they are unable, then the lemon law kicks in.

Good luck...

Please describe your "issues"!

From a previous post, ( http://forums.atvconnection.co...=y&keyword1=cummins123 ) I see you have a penchant for picking lame transmissions!

There isn't an auto trans (belt drive or Honda) that I would own, except the "dual-clutch" one on the new Honda 420AT, and it is gear-on-gear and not a classic auto trans at all.
