03 blaster clutch quit working. Thought cable broke and replaced it. Slill does not work. Can see the cable pulling lever on shifter side but will not shift. No tension on the handle that says it is engaging the clutch!! Something break inside and how do I pull apart to look??

 

Usually that happens when you ride it without oil. If it is broken you need to open the whole crank case to fix it.

 

has plenty of oil in it. never ran it out or ran without it. Take apart from the foot brake side?
