Default Need a new seat cover

The seat cover on the breeze is almost completely gone. I wanted to just recover it but i figured buying a new cover would be the easiest way to go. I think i might need new foam too. Can anyone point me in the right direction as far a a good cover thats not too pricey. And fits well. As for the foam whats my best bet on that?? Thanks for all the help guys!
