Ok I got a good deal on this so no laughing. First one is the starter spins like there is no flywheel to connect to. How can I find out if my fuel pump is good or not? The ignition is stuck in the on position cause of no key that is not a problem I can fix that. When I got it the guy sprayed carb cleaner to start itwith the pull start. started on the first pull.

I can be reached at dsfeeser@msn.com

I have a 86 trx 350 with the same problem, i think the flywheel is on a clutch. If your battery is dead your fuel pump wont work. iff its not that just pull the fuel line off and c if its pumping.

it may be in your ignition because you dont have the key. try to hook your fuel pump straight to the battery to see if it will work.

Are you sure there is a fuel pump on your quad?
What year and engine size is your Bayou (not "byou")?

I'm pretty sure it is an 85 with a 185A engine. I just noticed no rear suspension???

what I meant is...it should have a carb, not a fuel pump, unless your calling them the same thing.
