I bought a 2001 Trailblazer last year and I wanted to upgrade my rear shock spring and rebuild the carburator this off-season. But I am struggling to find either the HD spring or a carburator rebuild kit for my year. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I would appreciate any leads you guys can provide.

 

On the carb kit go to Ebay and check for a seller by sledpartsguy and while you are at it look for rear shocks on ebay too.
I would look for a Scrambler rear FOX shock

 

i bought my rebuild kit from sledpartsguy on ebay. good price. he should have a kit for yours.

 

Anoter vote for sledpartsguy. Got a new chain and sprockets from him a while back. Perfect transaction.

 

Thanks for the carb and spring help. I looked on ebay for the car kit and all of them say they are for nothing newer than a 2000. Will they be the same? Thanks "ftwflh" for the heads up on the Scrambler shock. That was my next question, can I use a shock and spring assembly from another model?

There isnt any dif in the 250 carb kits.

 

Thanks for the all the help everyone! I got the carb kit locked down but I am still in search of HD replacement rear spring for the suspension. If anyone has anymore ideas, I would appreciate the info.
