check the kill switch

Im assuming that it cranks correct?

bypass the kill switch... it could be bad or malfunctioning the bike is 12 years old....

test the stator and make sure it performing as it should.

cranks over good,I have checked the kill switch with a ohm meter and checks fine as for the stator checked it also the pulser checked good too,not unless the cdi unit is bad going to check it with a running atv, Thanks for the replys, Dewayne

 

 

done all that test also with the help of the same manual this is why I'am stumped, the only thing I found is low peak voltage was low on coil but went by book and checked in order and it said if nothing found it sent me back to cdi box,? Thanks, Dewayne
