Does any one know about a '96 grizz 600

the carb is leaking gas out of the clear overfill or drain (not sure which) hose and will actually drain all the fuel in the tank running or not if i dont shut the gas off and it also sputters and bogs down at about a 1/4 throttle
has anyone had this problem?
any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks in advance

Must be a bad day for grizzly 600's, problems allover here LOL, '96 Grizzly? thought they started in '98? anyways... your carb has a float inside, it controls the level of fuel for proper air/fuel mixture ect ect. This float has a valve and seat that controls the fuel coming into the carb, if that seat or valve is worn it can cause fuel to pour in and not stop. Looks like you need to open up the carb and see whats going on.

IF it's just that part, then yes it's an easy fix, the most work is getting at the carb and removing it. The needle valve assembly is not expensive, it comes as a kit. I couldn't tell you an exact price but I'd say under $25
